I was a lovely straight girl at the age of 19, and I'm gay as fuck now

Not conversion therapy or a cult, nope, nothing of the sort.

It's just that LGB literally want her to not exist. Poof, begone, that's our real goal, and everyone else better wake up.

A lovely straight girl turned into a mentall ill, annoying & vile gender cultist.

...I bet she wasn't even lovely. Most likely she was as disgusting as she is now.

Probably had numerous prior causes and platforms she was screeching from before she settled on invading LGB.

So I had a very close friend get sucked into the cult and she ended our friendship because of it.

She once seemed happy and relatively well-adjusted, grew up in a stable home, went to college paid for by her parents, has never had a problem getting a good job or making a living. Over the past few years, I watched her completely embrace her "depression and anxiety", tout her bisexuality (even though she's never even gone on a date with another woman), and become worshipful of African-Americans (I honestly don't even know how to describe this correctly, it's as if she doesn't see them as people anymore but some kind of glowing can-do-no-wrong archetypes). Her social media is now filled with "Stop Murdering Trans Children" rhetoric.

Really, the best way to look at this is cult mentality. Once I wrapped my head around that it's made a bit more sense to me.

I have definitely encountered what you are talking about re: white people (usually women) deifying black people. Yes, there are biases that lots of white people have to work on, particularly in the United States, but holy shit, the way some of these women talk about black people, it would really make for an excellent Get Out sequel. There is something creepy about the starry-eyed, simpering adulation (usually accompanied with several GoFundMe links) they exhibit, and I wonder if they are going to snap one day. That sort of obsequiousness can only be maintained for so long. I'm reminded of the daughter from Native Son, the one that ends up getting smothered with a pillow.

    I’m gay as fuck now

This is all the energy of a Lauren Cooper skit. “But you ain’t, mate.” “But I am, mate.”

A therapist trying to find and treat the underlying cause of a person's gender dysphoria is not even remotely the same as the abuse that is gay conversion therapy. They are not even comparable and these protesters completely fucking delusional if they think they're the same thing.

Wow- is she ever hyperbolic and insufferable. What a massive victim complex she developed from her appropriated identity.

Remember that when you fuck up as a cis ally, trans people face the backlash - so give us the mic and stop thinking you’re god’s gift because you didn’t make your trans kid homeless.

The sheer entitlement she has to the help of people she denigrates at "cis". Also, why? Just look at what happens when people like you get the mic(or megaphone). You embarrass everyone you're associated with. This is one of the main reasons there are even organizations existing with the express purpose of splitting the LGB from the TQ+. Because of the terrible PR from trans-activists.

    Conversion therapy kills

The conversion therapy that same-sex attracted people go through is not the same thing as seeking out the underlying reason that a young person may want to transition. Conflating the two is appropriating the struggles of same-sex attracted people.

They care not an iota for the young people whose lives and bodies they're hell bent on wrecking. It's all about their raging narcissism.

For him to look me in the eye and tell me with total sincerity that I’m ‘not being very nice’ whilst I am fighting for my right to exist, my right to live, has shaken me to my core.

How can you take yourself seriously when someone saying "you're not being very nice" is enough to send you into a downwards spiral? That is incredibly civil, especially when you've just finished telling him to fuck off. If you were actually fighting for the right to live, people would be saying/doing much worse to you on a regular basis. There's no struggle here.

It's always about their "right to exist," or "you are trying to make me not exist." I don't think they understand what the word "exist" even means. I wanna slap them and be like, "YOU CLEARLY EXIST." Like, you can still exist as a woman who goes around telling everyone she's a man. You just don't have a "right" to force others to agree with you.

Meanwhile, they're the ones trying to make homosexuals not exist. Either by transing them to be "straight" or by forcing us to date members of the opposite sex.

    Every accusation is an admission.

I think when they say this, they’re telling on themselves. Their self image only exists as the opinion of those around them. Further, it is the only thing in their life they care about, so they feel that if their image in the eyes of others collapses, they have no *reason to exist * and no means of sustaining their existence.

How does she expect anyone to take her seriously whilst wearing those overalls?

I hate to be all "I wUz bOrN iN tHe WrOnG gEnErAtIoN!" but I seriously don't understand why overalls are so popular with people my age. I can only assume it's for reasons of comfort/practicality. Maybe it's supposed to convey innocence/an air of being childlike...?

Ngl I really dig the aesthetic of many trans folx, atleast the women, they have very quirky styles that they manage to make fit a cohesive aesthetic. There's the grunge gals, the new age goth, even the vintage comfy 90s kid aesthetic (which is where I'd slot this one). I admire their devotion to their style.

It took me a long time to develop an aesthetic that felt like it fit my personality and desired expression. I think it's cool these girls and women are exploring theirs in adolescence and young adulthood, I just wish they'd leave the bonkers ideology and body modification behind.

Agreed. Not my thing, but different strokes. But either way, yeah, it's one thing to gamble with clothes and another to gamble with your body parts and physical health.
