She has a cis gay boyfriend and hasn't even started T yet, I'll just file this one under bullshit.

Bisexual dude cruising to get his rocks off. Prefers women, but is cool with men as long as he cums. A little bit kinky (or maybe a lot, and building up to it). Since he's on Grindr, calls himself gay because it's easier and more acceptable on a male hookup app.

Women deal with manipulative "pickup artists" every day. It's our life from the moment we hit puberty. Her "gay cis boyfriend" is no different than the manipulative assholes we're accustomed to.

This dude found an easy mark with FTMs, learned the lingo ... and here we are. Every single thing he's said to her, I've heard too, just applied to normal/non-trans circumstances.

I feel for her, it's really difficult to be in that place and pull the blinders off, and she won't until people stop affirming it. I also feel really bad for my gay brothers who have to experience the side-effect of her (and others) delusions while they're wearing the blinders. Y'all aren't warm comfy teddy bears meant to heal us from our trauma, and you're being used and manipulated too.
