I doutb very much the average mother is raising kids worst than than gay men. I don't really have nothing in common with male psychology expect liking pussy. The average gay man is nothing different than the average het man in term of general mindset and typical masculine behaviour.

No, lesbians are females, females raising kids alone is natural as it comes. Even in tradition, mother were raising kids with grandmothers, and male figures where mostly marginal. Always existed in history and nature, so it just doesn't feel weird as two men with a kid. Sure, kids of same sex parents should have opposite sex roles model, even though it isn't exactly like having a mother, a grandmother can be very close.
