And here I was, thinking that there was no way that this flag could get any worse.

This is why it should have just been about sexual orientation. When you add the T, it opens a can of worms and now everyone else wants to be a part of the "community". Intersex is a disorder, not a minority status, nor a sexual orientation. And those black and brown stripes - what has race got to do with any of this? This flag has stopped being about homosexuality and bisexuality long ago; now it has become the unofficial symbol of neoliberalism.

As for minor attracted persons, just call them paedophiles. Because that’s what they are. Should they act on their desires, then life imprisonment becomes the solution. Or capital punishment, which I also support as punishment for defiling a child.

This is what happens when 'opression' becomes a social currency.

In times past, these idiots would be the ones doing the gay bashing.

That's modern intersectionality for you.

And it's not even about supporting black LGB people, no no.

Exactly to both points you’ve made. In Ireland, our institutions pat themselves on the back on how "woke" they are, but 40 years ago these same institutions did not want homosexuality decriminalised. It took a ruling from the European Court of Human Rights to get homosexuality decriminalised in my country, and the national parliament took five years to codify and implement the ruling. To drive home the point that 40 years ago is still quite recent, I have cousins who are in their mid-50's.
