Hot take, bisexual should be for attraction to men and women, but pansexual should be used by those open to dating trans. That way trans people easily know who is and isn't interested in them and they actually have a chance of getting laid

This idea is a thing already and they say then that bisexuality is transphobic because it invalidates trans people by not including them.

The flip side of the coin also happens, where pansexuality is considered transphobic because it suggests trans people are "not really the gender they identify as," meaning bisexual should be good enough of a descriptor.

They are never happy. Never.

I see why that could make sense, but dating/not dating trans people is just a preference for bi people. They are not excluded by the orientation itself. What you're suggesting blurs the line between sexual orientation and preference.
