This person probably really thinks they're a woman trapped in a man's body and has no idea what the heck is really going on. That they have a paraphilia. That they've been disabused of that reality by people like himself on the internet. People divorced from reality, people who can't see it for what it is, despite the obvious signs. Damn powerful drug, if you ask me.
