It has no factual evidence, just observation, and fact that her wife always was woke and very masculine. If she will came out too at one, point, than it is clearly her influence.

I was just looking at this article: Elliot Page’s wife Emma Portner refuses to address her own gender identity and sexuality

‘My gender identity, pronouns, and sexuality are private and not up for debate,’ Emma wrote. ‘Would love for the energy in discussion over my identity to shift into addressing the climate crisis or sharing resources to support LGBTQIA2+ resiliency instead.’

and

Emma did, however, share loving words for Elliot shortly after his announcement.

‘I am so proud of @elliotpage,’ the dancer wrote on Instagram. ‘Trans, queer and non-binary people are a gift to this world.

Those quotes reminded me just now of what you said---When Page came out as lesbian, it was about herself and she was happy. When she came out as trans, she's retorting the same stuff her wife Emma is saying about her. It just sounds so...off.

Even if it's not factual, I think you're onto something. I feel bad for Page now...

I also get the impression that Emma Portner, Page's wife, has a lot to do with it. When they appear together, Portner seems very controlling.
