Honestly, I'm not too concerned about them— they're just in the crazy little internet bubble. As you said you can't engage with TRAs on this, they're so far into their own bullshit that it's impossible to reason with them. I'm more concerned with engaging the average person, who probably has no clue about trans activism, and just thinks it's about helping suicidal teens or helping someone be their true selves, because the actual TRA agenda is so much more and so much worse than that.

It's not just internet people though. I have known insane TRAs in real life and been their friends. Hell I used to BE a TRA (although not an insane one). I protested with friends in support of a trans bathroom bill for my state, b/c I thought it was just about "being yourself" and protecting trans people from violence. Back b/f I learned about the insane parts of their ideology. I'd wager about 70% of the crowds protesting with us were people trying to be kind and thinking they were protecting trans people from violence, and the other 30% were deep in the gender sauce ideology. The point is these people exist in real life, not just on the internet.
