The only “bi lesbian” I know got together with her husband when she was very young and before she realized she was attracted to women. She says she is exclusively attracted to women other than her husband and she has had multiple relationships with women while still being married to her husband. She is middle-aged and her family is pretty homophobic and she is dead-set against her family finding out about her not being heterosexual. I honestly have a harder time believing that she’s attracted to her husband. I think she just just prefers the comfortable life and cover that being married to him provides and likes to have her cake and eat it too. But who knows. Obviously she’s not both bisexual and a lesbian though.
