Okay, so, I like fanfiction. It's interesting when people can put their own form of creativity into writings and whatnot but... There's this trend(s) I noticed in some parts of the fanfic community:

  1. Most to all characters that AREN'T trans become HC trans (instead of you know... Using actual canon trans characters instead if there's any). They especially do this to LGB characters, as if being simply LGB isn't "queer" enough

  2. They always pair these trans characters up with LG(B) characters and call it "M/M" (if it's gay men with trans identified female) and "F/F" (lesbians with trans identified male)

  3. These characters could be the most vile of characters and people would still love and support the writings. Even when this character is committing atrocious acts against "cis" people, especially if these characters are also apart of LGB (or would be if this their logic of sexuality was based on sex but I HAVE seen fics surrounding the abuse of lesbian characters by trans ones because of the whole "it's transphobic to not like penis" which is apart of the trends I noticed: sexual violence)

So what irks me the most is 3. Why? Because I noticed, as I said before, these characters could have the most vile personalities or actions committed and readers would feed that shit up. They support it wholeheartedly! But if it was in reversal, they would be hollering "transphobia" like there's no tomorrow in the comment section (which I have seen before, and it got to the point where they were even arguing with a NB writer). But wouldn't say anything about the shit happening to the LGB characters!

Now, what caused me to write this? Well, I stumbled upon a fic revolving the abuse of a woman commited by a trans man, and it just... Made me fucking sick. It was just vile, and get this? It was a kink FANTASY to the writer. They had actual fantasies of doing these things to women!

So, I just wanted to get this off my chest because I ain't really got no where else to posted this. Has any other fanfic readers noticed this also?

Edit: Added on point 2 (Also: if anyone also wants to discuss on similar issues going on in the fanart and anime/cartoon communities, you're more than welcome! Just made this a bit more fanfic centric because that's what I usually read).

What I also can’t stand is that every ABO fic the alpha ladies MUST have cocks. Literally as long as she is an alpha she must have a dick. Females as they are just can’t be alphas apparently. Dicks and alphas go hand in hand.

Yeah! I seen what you're saying. I think it's because of the whole siring children position (so they make the female alphas and male omegas hermaphrodites) in some fics. Especially the groups, like yaoi/gay fetishists, who are into the whole "mpreg" type of stuff. Although, i don't get why they don't just make it somewhat more realistic, wlw and mlm adopting or surrogacy. I have seen discussions on it before but it was from the TQ+ people and how they could "queer" it up more (all while throwing intersex conditions under the bus as they do since to them intersex = hermaphrodite/third sex). They're literally making wlw involve a penis when lesbians aren't into that and vice versa. It's more bisexuality, but apparently that doesn't exist in these worlds. It's supposedly "gay/lesbian" but with opposite sex organs.

Alongside with you said for female alphas. Majority of the time are always given a penis. Reminds me of the whole "phallus" concept (where the erect penis is a symbol of power) which is pretty nasty.

Lol Ellen Ripley is my favourite character and I'm a dude. Sarah Connor is one of my top 5. These people are insane. Both women were very strong but weren't just clones of men. They had very natural feminine characteristics. Being decisive, forceful and ambitious are not male monopolised ffs

yeah I noticed that a lot... Especially when it comes to games like TLOU2. Like women can be strong, but Abby? That was too much. They took the "strong" TOO literally. Thats why people thought she was a trans identified male. Women, especially LGB (because I know some were saying Ellie was more masculine than before) can be strong and feminine. Or both. The same too goes for men.

Them (if I'm remembering that term correctly, it's relate to AGP?) and the "tehe yaoi uwu" fetishists who I noticed get sexist as fuck towards any female characters. Which is sad becsuse the majority of these said sexists are women.
