Inclusion aside, you see the FtM comments in there complaining about actual cameltoe which means they (need to) wear different fitting clothes from men and thus shouldn't be in there

Apparently that simpleton does not realize that “men’s fashion advice” was an option and was deliberately not chosen. Not that “men” means what they think it means anyway. It’s a social category as much as hen, rooster, ewe, and ram are social categories of livestock.

Not to my knowledge, but the context helps to make it clear which sense in intended.
