I'm not coming from an attitude that's denying people the way they see themselves or the world around them. However, L, G and B have something in common that we are naturally grouped together by: we're all same-sex attracted.

I genuinely believe asexuality, aromanticism, and transgender are real things, but I can only view them from an outsider's perspective. I have sympathy and can attempt to understand, but I can't really relate. And, to be real, my support for transgender has shrunk to supporting certain individuals whom I believe are sincere. Aces I appreciate and support, so long as they don't make their lack of sexuality substitute for a personality.
