Update: Meridian is now stating that they have not received my payment. I sent back the PayPal confirmation page, so we'll see what happens. Just for further transparency, here's the order timeline for both Okie and Meridian.

Okie - order placed Wed Mar 25 9:18pm, response received at 9:37pm to ask for my Cashapp username. Payment sent 10:05pm via Cashapp. Order shipped Thurs Mar 26 via USPS, received Sat Mar 28.

Meridian - emailed to inquire about payment methods on Mon Mar 23, response received Thurs Mar 26 with PayPal information. Order placed Thurs Mar 26, payment sent Mar 26 via PayPal. Inquiries sent Sat Mar 28 and Tues Mar 31 regarding order status and whether payment had been received. Separate automated email received today stating that my order was updated to status "payment not recorded." I responded back to that automated email with my PayPal confirmation. No human response has been received regarding my order.

Thanks for posting, Meridian is not responding to emails.

The Online Vendor business, runs totally on Email - especially since most kratom vendors in 2020 cannot take bank cards. Email response is a must!! Any vendor who does NOT respond to emails quickly, is the same as shutting the door of their Store. We'll assume there is a problem, but, could be related to COVID-19. Most likely they are swamped with orders?

I've filed a dispute with my bank (I paid via Paypal F&F because I didn't want Meridian's account to get flagged). I hope everyone at Meridian is okay, given the current circumstances.

I will say also that I've since placed and received a second order from Okie, also in very speedy fashion.
