Welcome To 2020, and The Kratom Vendor List, hosted on Saidit! formerly the Reddit Vendor List 2017. Kratom has come a long way over the past two years. Good kratom is still great, but what has changed? Supply and Demand! Prices and Quality. And the # of vendors has exploded over the past two years. Please Note several NEW changes to this List.

Private Members Only vendors marked as PMO! under Notes. Due to the legal status of kratom, there have always been Private vendors such as Herb Research and DG Botanicals, going back many years. In 2020 we notice a trend toward more 'Members Only' vendors. These require an Application, and approval process before your order will be accepted. State Laws may BAN kratom sales under Age 21+ and, vendors may require a Photo ID scan!

Social Media: Email vendors, or Chat Room vendors, don't get listed here sorry - IF you wanna buy kratom in a Chat Room, good luck but most consumers demand a real website, which shows a vendor HAS invested, and probably will be around tomorrow. Chat Rooms? They come and go. A well established Social Media group allows vendors to provide Customer Service. Currently, MeWe groups are popular! YouTube is also possible, however kratom is banned on Facebook - serious fans of premium quality kratom, should check out MeWe.com!

2020 Changes, new listings and a New Year welcome: Centennial Harvest returns with a nice re-stock - First Coast Tea Co. formerly SoCal Herbal Remedies, has moved to Florida and still offers 9 ounce discount with Code =SAMPLE9 - Meridian Botanicals is the most complete Herbalist on this list! They stock a huge variety of herbs, some very hard to find - Lucky Herbals, getting many great reviews! - Rhino Remedies, an experienced Reddit vendor, now has a MeWe group and strong reviews - Fisher Tea Co. is long overdue here, large selection of quality kratom - Texas Family Harvest, a YouTube Channel vendor, may also be contacted through Double MM forum. I made a couple of purchases based on this list. No affiliation with anyone, I'm just some rando on the internet who wanted something better priced than what I could get locally. One order was from Okie Kratom - excellent customer service, shipped super quickly, very good product. I'm actually planning my next order from them.

However, I placed an order the same day with Meridian and I have yet to hear anything back from them. The planet is kind of on fire right now from this little thing called COVID-19, so I would understand if Meridian was having delays, but I've only heard radio silence. Just wanted to let this forum know in case maybe someone has heard from Meridian. Again, if there's delays, I get it, but I feel like vendors should at least keep us updated if that's going to be the case.

Update: Meridian is now stating that they have not received my payment. I sent back the PayPal confirmation page, so we'll see what happens. Just for further transparency, here's the order timeline for both Okie and Meridian.

Okie - order placed Wed Mar 25 9:18pm, response received at 9:37pm to ask for my Cashapp username. Payment sent 10:05pm via Cashapp. Order shipped Thurs Mar 26 via USPS, received Sat Mar 28.

Meridian - emailed to inquire about payment methods on Mon Mar 23, response received Thurs Mar 26 with PayPal information. Order placed Thurs Mar 26, payment sent Mar 26 via PayPal. Inquiries sent Sat Mar 28 and Tues Mar 31 regarding order status and whether payment had been received. Separate automated email received today stating that my order was updated to status "payment not recorded." I responded back to that automated email with my PayPal confirmation. No human response has been received regarding my order.

Thanks for posting, Meridian is not responding to emails.

The Online Vendor business, runs totally on Email - especially since most kratom vendors in 2020 cannot take bank cards. Email response is a must!! Any vendor who does NOT respond to emails quickly, is the same as shutting the door of their Store. We'll assume there is a problem, but, could be related to COVID-19. Most likely they are swamped with orders?

I've filed a dispute with my bank (I paid via Paypal F&F because I didn't want Meridian's account to get flagged). I hope everyone at Meridian is okay, given the current circumstances.

I will say also that I've since placed and received a second order from Okie, also in very speedy fashion.

I am a customer of Meridian Botanicals they are a well known Herbal shop for many years. Kratom source on Reddit since 2016.. Thanks for the heads-up I will reach out they usually respond quickly to Email. UPDATE - Response to email was slow - Moved this vendor to 'LOW' status, along with SoSa. Many Vendors are getting a huge rush of orders, due to COVID-19.

Update: Meridian emailed me back yesterday first stating that they hadn't gotten my money and asking me to pay via Zelle, Google Pay, or eCheck (which is not the response I had gotten from them before I placed my order - they gave me a Paypal email that's different from the main contact email on their site. they did not mention Google Pay at that time). Then they saw my payment receipt and said they were "not aware that payment was made via Paypal," that they've been "extremely busy with Corona and handling emergency request orders," and told me not to use PayPal in the future.

I responded that I followed Meridian's instructions on payment and told them not to ship my order, just to refund me.

Meridian emailed back to confirm that the refund would be initiated, and then asked me to cancel my bank's chargeback investigation along with a guilt trip that if their PayPal account got cut off then they couldn't fulfill their 6000 orders for Coronavirus patients or something. Frankly, I highly doubt how true that is, and even if it is true, it's not my problem.

I'm very disappointed in this response from them on two counts - one is chastising me for using the payment method that they specified, and two is for making their fulfillment of their other orders somehow my responsibility. I still would have asked for the refund, but I would have at least been willing to order from them in the future once things calm down. At this rate, that's not happening.

yes idk why or how U paid by PayPal since it's not on their website? Long story I guess. Online vending for Meridian is very complex, since they sell many legal, NON kratom herbs (which would be OK for PayPal.) and.. they also sell kratom which is NOT OK for PayPal.. Payments are complicated anyway, the vendor wants to sell product, but many customers don't have Zelle, etc and almost nobody has Bitcoin. Meridian Botanical has been in business for years, I do believe they are swamped right now. That's no excuse but again.. kratom business makes it hard, no thanks to the banks.

PayPal is just bad news. I hope you please don't get the vendor involved with PayPal. Since PP is getting cut-off by Ebay this year, and with COVID etc it's a very very risky situation. Recommend for anyone: DO NOT leave any money in your PP account!!

I asked for payment options, and they offered Paypal so I didn't think it would be an issue (why would it be, if they're giving me the payment info for Paypal?). I did end up receiving a full refund from them and cancelled the dispute with my bank - I knew that since I paid with F&F instead of G&S that I couldn't file a dispute with Paypal so I didn't bother with that. If I had paid through G&S I absolutely would have filed a Paypal dispute. Again, Meridian's issues with Paypal are not my problem or my responsibility, and neither are any of their orders or customers.

I gave them a try last week. Was really impressed with customer service, speed of delivery, etc.

Organic Alkaloids, from Bay Area CA? check past listings.. Removed IIRC you were very low on stock. Almost completely out of stock? And had changed prices, and also Extract was out?

We understand the business, Re-Stock comes and goes. We try to monitor this, every 3 months! Many vendors operate on LOW inventory & we can't recommend those who run out. Thanks!

Thanks. We try to monitor who's active and who's importing from Indonesia, to offer fresh batches of quality kratom. Many on this List are veteran, experienced vendors with lots of satisfied customers - some have Facebook groups, others on MeWe, or MM or just independent...

We have reviewed prices for 100's of ONLINE vendors - many import, basically, similar batches of quality product from the same Indo suppliers located in West Kalimantan, Borneo, Indonesia. So Price IS an important factor to consider. Always watch your PPG - Price per Gram!!

    Long time All Natural Artisan enthusiast over here, they make the coolest and strongest kratom products right now IMO. The edible knocks me out mid day. Today is a good day haha

    Yes!! ANA is the best... great selection. Some Retail extract is good, too, but those $20 "shots" are over priced. Good to see ya here on Saidit!
