This is exactly why I switched to this platform. The issue isn't only about free speech. The issue is with the whole moderating culture. Some rare subreddits are ok, but many have literally pages of vague posting rules that are ridiculous to read and impossible to follow.

Some subs really do try. I was a regular at KotakuInAction - a good sub. While I appreciate the effort of the mods, it felt ridiculous the lengths to which they had to go. While lefty dubs openly brigaded and flouted other rules and guidelines, KiA was clearly on thin ice despite doing nothing in violation of the rules. I got tired of needing to be a saint amongst degenerates and bandits.

Being a saint among degenerates, you say? How ironic. I never thought of it that way.

To me it was just life. It has gotten noticeably hard post-clownworld. Stay strong.
