So the "modern audience" is so soy-soaked that the attitudes of 1983 might be too much for them to handle?

Flat earth does seem to trigger the internet. I've have some fun making really retarded arguments for a flat earth and having people take them seriously and start trying to insult/debate me, it's pretty fun.

Like just dumb childish shit like "the fact there are people in Australia proves the earth is flat, if it wasn't only bats could live there."

Or my other favorite is you can say the moon is upside down in Australia (which is true) and toss up a flat earth diagram explaining it. Which is funny. They can't argue against it because it's true, and it would be true on a flat or non-flat earth regardless due to perspective. It's just they don't understand why most of the time so it produces some hilarious responses.

Okay, I'll bite. Why is the moon upside down in a flat earth model?

It's upside down irl.

If you're trolling hard you just take the above and just put it in a flat earth model. It doesn't really work when you start thinking about it. But you just call anyone who points out a problem a globalist and bullshit a reason why they are wrong.

Like "Australia is closer to the south end of the moon so the south end looks like it is up which is the opposite of what you see north of the equator, on a round earth you'd see the same moon but since we don't it's proof the earth is flat". Total bullshit but difficult for most people to argue with.

Ah, so it doesn't actually fit a flat earth model. You just claim that it does and try to baffle them with bullshit 😉

Disk World has great reflection on how the government works.
And Pratchett is the only writer to make good humor with the DEATH.

I agree. Disc world is amazing.
