Yup.

I think it's important to notice when one is the frog being boiled but I think it's also important to note that the boiler themselves does not need to be conscious of their actions.

The good friend of incrementalism is the idea that "Government Must Fix This!" Look at all the crazy scared people running around on the internet DEMANDING the government act. The government (and its press chear leaders) can ONLY perform more incrementalism. It has no other function. Each law, each order, each action it takes simply creates more of itself.

It doesn't require a conspiracy. Merely a confederacy of dunces.

It takes brave, rare, and unique leadership to ever roll back any of it. I do feel that more people are seeing this exposed today than ever before.
