I will believe this when someone goes to a store and asks the manager to pick them a box of cereal at random off the shelf, opens it, and fishes the magnet around to find the filings. All in one take, in high resolution.

also: iron is good for you, and these would pass succesfully through in the stool, if they were not converted to nutritious blood components first.
