Sardines are great! Especially Portuguese-style sardines with tomato sauce. They live short lives so don't accumulate as much mercury and they're cheap to boot.

The same thing is happening right now with Celtic salt. Nowhere has it and the places that do are selling it for about 60 dollars a pound.

Interesting as I get older the taste of fish gets better and better. It must be psychologically my body craves it because it knows it is good for me.
