This was an incredibly based comment that showed the leaders have an awareness that we need to unite in terms of racial solidarity however the far East bloc may not be quite too receptive to this. Imo, it would've been better if he just simply messaged it as mutually beneficial economical and cultural cooperation/exchange while slowly waiting for the US who is pulling the strings behind the backs to continue declining, which Russia is doing a good job of.
