This is 100% correct. Stress and depression ages you in every sort of level. Heartbreak is a known medical condition, and can actually kill. I dont know if you noticed this, but when I traveled to Asia I noticed the goldens there looked a lot younger, and full of life, compared to asian americhans. Many Asian americhans also try to mindlessly copy muricanoid culture of going to tanning salons and bronzing their skin which makes no sense and just damages your skin (read about it, 80% of the reason why we look old and aging is because of photodamage from the sun's uv rays) since we naturally have color in the first place.
