if you want to say they are sexless or they are still the sex they were, that's up to you.

You claim it's up to the individual. But either one remains as the sex they were before surgery, or they become sexless. You can't have both. If it's a fact that someone remains as the sex they were before surgery, then it's not up to people to debate over whether one becomes sexless or not, because they wouldn't become sexless and to claim otherwise would be wrong. Just like it's not up to people to think earth is flat or not. If someone thinks earth is flat, they'd be wrong, period.

So which is it? Which one is correct? Does one remain as the sex they were before surgery, or does surgery make them sexless, or less of their sex? Only one is correct, and I'm not here for "opinions".
