God I miss the days when I was ignorant about all this gender stuff. Because there was something profoundly sad about watching women in the US actively voting for candidates who will strip them of their rights.

I still haven't figured out how these young women believe they'll retain women's right to abortion when women are no longer legally considered as a separate (sex) class. People (penis-havers) will be the ultimate arbiters of if, who, and when an abortion may be performed. And, more likely than not, it will be to the mans advantage. I fear women will lose their voices, and likely their own agency, in such personal matters. Cause women's voices have been dismissed, and outright banned, in many instances, especially this GC issue. But, I've had to listen to misogynistic declarations for decades. It's MRA, IMO.

Edit. Yeah I know sex is partially defined as pregnancy in the Act, but is abortion addressed? What is not specified is open to interpretation. Wouldn't a male "mother" also have a say in pregnancy termination? Or retention? I bet that'd be a lobbying point next.

I think the most visible results from this passing will be 1) TIM's invading every women's space they can, make massive noise on social media about being able to do so while there is nothing anyone can do about it. A huge flashpoint will be schools, imo, especially private/religious ones. There will be lawsuits galore. If the school takes federal dollars, it has to comply, if it doesn't, that's where the lawsuits will begin.

2) Sports. Get ready for plenty of TiM's winning women's events and some serious contact injuries to occur on soccer fields, basketball courts, field hockey, lacrosse, etc. HS and college girls will be getting bulldozed by "jenny" who used to be "jimmy" but started "living her truth" over the summer and is now "realizing her dream" by knocking over every actual girl on the field who didn't go thru male puberty.

3) The tsunami of discrimination lawsuits against employers is going to be absolutely massive. Any time one of these people doesn't get hired, bam, they'll sue. Hence, every company will have one or two obvious T's hanging around as litigation protection. They'll be sacred cows b/c firing them would trigger the same type of lawsuit.

4) Eventually, the amount of pervs they catch with cameras, beating off, approaching women and girls, assaults, etc., in these places will rise to the amount where it cannot be covered up, but they'll damn sure try. They'll claim "It isn't us, we're not the ones doing this", which will be true in many cases, but the fact is that the EA gives the pervs cover to enter spaces where before they couldn't be in the ladies room w/o attracting notice. You won't even be able to call security anymore for some strange guy lurking around the fitting rooms at a store, women's locker room at a gym, school bathroom, any publicly accessible ladies room, etc.

Jon Ossoff needed three bites at the apple, but he finally got his place in Congress. Lost a House race, got beaten by 80k votes this past Nov, but somehow convinced enough people to have him win this time around. Now he'll happily vote to put men in every women's space across the country. Only in America.
