I don't blame you. I'm in a safe Blue state or I would be in the same position.

All my Progressive women friends are telling me they have to vote Blue because Trump is a mad man and he and the GOP are going to destroy the country and perhaps the world. I agree.

I have introduced these same friends to the Equality Act, but - and this is what we're up against - many of them don't believe me.

I mean, sure, they believe me because they know me and know that I wouldn't lie or exaggerate - but the Equality Act itself is so damaging to women's rights, and the absolute media blackout that surrounds it is so complete (if talked about at all, the Equality Act is sold as LGBTQ protection), that they can't believe that the women-hating provisions of the Equality Act really exist.

The Democrats want to pass an act almost immediately if they win, whose implication only a few hundred thousand women in the United States are aware of, and most of those women are conservatives.

So many of the Democrats are lawyers, but they can't see the conflict with women's (and gay) rights? The party of #MeToo can't see the danger inherent in self-ID?

I am so angry with the Democrats. So very angry. As I texted to one of my friends, we have the choice of a truly insane wannabe dictator and the oligarch-loving Republicans who intend to destroy the environment, health care, food safety and make us all into wage slaves, or the loss of women's rights and safety.

But again, the Republicans have their own version of the Equality Act sitting in the US House, and the Republicans would be delighted to get women back into the kitchen, so it's not as if a Republican win will save women's rights at all.

So I am with you in terms of what a horrific choice, so maybe don't vote for President and any politician that supports the Equality Act and tell them why. Good luck.

I cant reply to everything because this comment is too good, but the democrats are no longer the party of 'Me Too'. It was a partisan operation used ONLY To attack the republicans. As soon as Joe was accused, the lawyers for metoo REFUSED to help this abuse victim, because they didnt want to 'hurt joe's campaign', and the law firm who was running it were MAJOR democrat (politician) affiliated lawyers, and then most of the media would not even tell her story except for 2-3 SMALL media outlets, and then once Joes ONLY opponent was out of the race, the New York Slimers spent their hours trying to manipulate and discredit the victim with leading questions to make her questioned by the readership which was the total OPPOSITE of the way they treated any of the allegations in years past against Trumpf and his cronies.

The NYT is a corrupt PR branch of the DNC, and its fucking shameful how they treated her. Biden and Michelle talk about Trumps horrible family values, it would make you so sick, to see these claims side by side. That's how our ENTIRE media fools us.

The New York Times lost all credibility with its war propaganda in the run up to Iraq War II.

Its nonstop propaganda for Trans, Inc., calls all its science and medical articles into question too.

Joe Biden has a horrible record. But he is sane and Dump is not. Like that's how bad it is, we have the choice of a slime or a complete and utter mad man.

Biden is also “completely and utterly mad”. He actively sided with Bush and pushed for the illegal Iraq Invasion War in the Senate. He said the unprovoked war was “worth the price”. The war killed 1 million people, including so many women. And later in a speech Biden kept confusing “Iraq” (which he helped invade) with “Iran”. Biden is either insane or evil incarnate.

I kind of agree with you - I have hated Joe Biden for a very long time for precisely the reasons you named (and more!) - but the difference is that Biden won't just go off and attack a country without securing congressional approval.

Whereas I stepped away from the computer for a few hours today only to come back to see that Trump is threatening Iran.

And, as I've said, I've actually interacted with Trump decades before he became president. He had no boundries then, and, with whatever steroid he's on, and with what appears to be some kind of dementia, he seems to be completely losing what little mind he had.
