Yes but he's cancelled for playing a transwoman anyway. The article writer clearly despises him and JKR, too.

Anytime they have a role where the transition is ongoing in the film and not already completed, they have zero choice but to have a normal man play the part. These films run on tight schedules and they cannot either wait for the guy to slim down via a starvation diet to drop muscle mass, or wait for a TIM to go off the hormones to return to his pre transtion state and then back on them to get back to his chemically altered state. Neither one of those options is healthy in any way shape or form and furthermore, the performance would suffer from all the bullshit needed to achieve the look.

Have we ever seen him and the twin in the same room together? They both look like they had weird feminizing surgery, which leads me to believe it's just the same person playing both male and transwoman roles.

I've seen photos of them together. I don't know whether the twin has also had work but he just looks androgynous and effeminate to me.
