I’m confused by these stories of post-op TIMs going to gynecologists???

They don’t need birth control or Pap smears, can’t get pregnant, BV, or vaginismus. Problems such as vaginal dryness, irregular periods, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, endometriosis, pH imbalances, and ovarian cysts or cancer aren’t anything they need to worry about and I’m pretty sure they don’t have to worry about menopause. Isn’t that the kind of stuff gynecologists specialize in?

What would they go in for? I’m genuinely confused. It doesn’t seem like an OB/Gyn doctor would be the most qualified to deal with issues surrounding pre and/or post-op trans-identified males.

My impression is that TIMs almost always seek out female gynecologists, and that their demands that these women provide them with medical care for their genital wounds & general wellbeing is an especially twisted form of extremely aggressive sexual harassment.

You're spot on. It's so gross. If a male patient creeps on me, I can tell! Used to be grounds to dismiss a patient or insist he only see male colleagues, but now we're meant to feel sorry for them in case they're TIMs, so disgusting.

If they identify as "she we have to put up with them and feel sorry for them. 🙄🤢. What's interesting is, the occasional actual woman who creeps on you can still be dismissed from the practice.

They tell each other lies like their neovaginas self lubricating and that you can't tell apart the fake from the real one. Knowing men don't know shit about vaginas or female health in general I think it's easy for them to believe they need a gynecologist. So, validation and plain ignorance maybe?

I think this is more akin to taking a busted crock pot to the Mercedes dealer & demanding they figure out why it won't work & do the repairs. A Toyota still has all the same basic properties & can perform all the same automotive functions as a Mercedes. Whereas a TIM's fauxgina has none of the same properties as a vagina, and it can't perform any of a vagina's functions except one - being penetrated - either. What's more, even when used for penetrative sex, a fauxgina functions nothing like a real vagina.

It's super creepy and they only want female gynes. It's for the fetish points. It's so gross. Getting the hairballs in your inverted male genitals burnt off is not the same as me having a foreign body removed from my vagina, but the gross TIMs insist it is.

You're exactly right, I've never heard of a TiM wanting to go to a male gynecologist, they seem to prefer female docs in general as targets for all their emotional and physical "needs". Probably because it doesn't fit their AGP fantasy, and because a male doc is more likely to tell them to fuck off.

One guy said he goes because the prostate can't be palpated through the rectum anymore and must be checked out through their fake vagina. But Idk. I think they just want everyone to have to look at and touch their junk.

Gynos are expected to diagnose and treat infections or other complications in the crotch wounds transwomen rock up with and apparently nobody else in the world is capable of using a speculum and taking a swab to measure how much poop bacteria is festering inside them.
