Yes this will be the one, there was an existing process in place since 2004 which is what the misleading claims refer to. Shows how little people are actually aware of what is going on. Note it’s only in Scotland which has devolved powers, the English version has been parked by the government (which apparently is ‘erasing’ or whatever trans people despite there already being a GRC in place).

So yes, it would allow that a male doesn’t have to undergo any sort of medical process, can just declare themselves a woman and force their way into women’s services and spaces. Because what does living as a woman mean? Wearing a dress and makeup - well that’s sexist as many women don’t do that? So how does one ‘live as a woman’ for this legal purpose?

They won't even need a diagnosis of gender dhysporia to get a GRC? That would be insane as hell (I'm still unsure if 'medical evidence" only refers to surgery/hormone treatments or to the diagnosis of dhysporia as well)

Current trans rhetoric says that you don't need to have gender dysphoria to be trans.
