I would hesitantly suggest that it is the medical establishment and not individuals who are deserving of criticism. People who are trans identified are being deeply failed right now.

Oh yes, it's the unfaltering truth. Throw in a few Russian agents pushing the TRAs to the extremes (both to enrich American oligarchs with ties to the pharma industry, and to be able to say ''look what America has become! At least in Russia, women are still women'') and it's a perfect storm. There is enormous incentive to push people to transition without thinking too hard about it.

I'm glad your family at least is on board and that you have irl support :) A shame about your friends.. it's really awful that people just up and leave because they can't handle a perfect argument (your lived experience) to their founded views. But hopefully you will make more with time! Take care of yourself dear. <3
