What is the constitutional limit on the type, scale, and power of weapons which may be privately owned by citizens, if any? Can I constitutionally own nuclear missiles, or space based weapons?

I am also no legal expert, but my current opinion is that we free citizens need all the protection we can get. Since 2016 the Democrats have stated and demonstrated they will do anything to gain and maintain power. I strongly suspect HRC intended to punish all states which went against her, had she attained the Presidency.

isn't it illegal to own radioactive materials without, like, a permit? as for space weapons, i'm pretty sure in most countries that launching stuff is pretty restricted.
