The best thing for satiety is for products to taste exactly as sweet as they are.

Sweeteners will make you hungrier and so will tasteless sugars like glucose in sports drinks.

Very true. Since moving towards a more carnivore diet for two meals a day and keto for a main meal, my desire for carbs and sugars have been greatly reduced and general well-being improved. Artificial crap in general is poison.
