Let me put this to you lightly, there's two different types of law systems.

Black Lists and White Lists

Under Black List law you can do WTF you want until it's banned.

Under White List law, you can't do shit until it's unbanned.

Napoleonic Law. Sharia Law. These are White List laws. That means you can't do shit unless the government processes three forms of ID, waits 3 weeks, and then tells you to call your attorney. Kinda like China and Singapore and New York under governor Cuomo.

In America, we have this thing called Freedom. So we believe in ya know, rights and stuff.

So, if you wanna own guns, and keep your own money, sometimes you gotta let people cut their kids dicks off until it goes to court. Some people call it the Mormon rule. We kind of like it here.
