These transgender surgeries are doing amazing work.

There is also a strong case to be made for more options to be available, such as spaying/neutering in exchange for 4-6 years of paid college tuition.

They need to have a fast track available for individuals to get any/all of these surgeries, especially if they haven't had children. And if it's going to be at taxpayer expense, i want them post-op fast, as in same day service.
