This is one paper, from a rapid peer-review journal that has published a lot of questionable papers, and retracted tens of papers.

Given that it's out of line with other studies, we need to wait and see how (and if) the academic community receive this analysis. It looks fairly speculative.

They are dangerous and the chosen method is sterilization of the population. It allows them to reduce the population and cripple it without leaving an obvious trace and they can just blame everything on the "virus" instead:
