On the same topic, set small, clear goals that you can accomplish in a reasonable timeframe (e.g squat extra 5kg by next month, lose 2kg weight in 3 weeks, finish this specific personal project in 2 months), write the goals down in this very record, then - accomplish them.
Before you know it, many small achievements combine into big ones.
