You are taking this too literally. In Hebrew satan means adversary, and "the satan" refers to the adversary of God. Everything that the globalists worship is opposed to God, so they are satanists whether they are aware of it or not.

No. I think Satan is only mentioned in the book of Job in the Old Testament.

I'm petty sure God is actually quite pro smiting of enemies, enslavement, multi generational punishment etc.

In the Old Testament, God is often slow to anger, giving many chances to repent. Once these chances are exhausted, God doles out punishment in a very unmistakable fashion, and this may involve any or all of what you mentioned.
