I would've said Janelle Monroe, especially since she was mentioned here to in the past... But, as of lately, she's been on the TRA/non-binary train (she claims she's non binary now...).

Edit: this was also a good question, because now that I think about, I actually couldn't think of any bisexual figures who get respect... Too bad no one else commented here.
