Is there a good live sub about the bible? If not on saidit, then maybe on lemmy, or another open-source reddit-like website that you know of?

I don't even disagree with Galatians 3:29, all I said is that Paul didn't put it there.

On the contrary,

Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other. By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.

And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.

You are the spiritual equivalent of a tranny

I'm also an actual tranny, funny how that works.

I am not ashamed of the good news, because it is the power of God that leads to saving for everyone who has faith.

Let's be real here: this is an obvious interpolation. No one under extreme state persecution for his religion would call the state "God's servants". There's also the issue that none of the church fathers ever used it against Marcion, even though they very easily could have said, "Marcion, doesn't this mean the good God instituted the creator God?". Yet not a single one of his critics does, so these verses probably just didn't exist yet.

I think he probably did write, "1a Be subject to the higher authorities. 6 Give everyone what you owe them...", in the render unto Caesar sense. But the explanation is obviously an addition by a later hand.

On the other hand, Paul talks about "the end, when he should have annulled all rule and all authority and power" (1 Corinthians 15:24), and the new covenant "giving birth far above all rule and authority and power and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come" (Galatians 4:26).
