You are blurring and confusing many issues that overlap but are not exclusive nor indicative of any one thing.

You said:

1. can't maintain romantic relationships
   
2. can't maintain adult relationships
   
3. needs control and domination
   
4. needs intellectual superiority
5. likes weaker prey
   
6. finds weaker prey attractive?
   
7. wealthy people can have no authentic love

I say:

1. Don't forget that youth is preferred to old age.
2. Too young is very problematic physically as well as for fairness vs domination and exploitation.
3. Evolution has girls reproducing young to not waste resources on long lifespans.
4. Our laws have arbitrary ages set to our culture to protect young people who need more time to adapt to and fortify against our complex exploitative societies. You don't need age laws in "primitive" communities.
5. Strong communities protect the girls from harm from within and without.
6. Strong communities compel the men to behave to all women.
