Glad you're taking interest in learning Russian, though you should keep in mind that wiktionary definitions for foreign words are often incorrect.

Also, I don't see how existence of a word describing a concept in a language implies that the whole culture of the speakers is based around that concept. Care to explain your line of thought?

I didn't include the link in order to discuss philology. Nor should one try to explain such a broad and generalized assumption as your sentence. Putin and Russian news media are known for their lies, to the point that they and many in their audiences supposedly know that they are believing lies. (For example: Russian reasons for invading Ukraine. All lies. The reasons so many people fall out of windows in Russia. Also lies. They have a saying: at least he had the courtesy to close the window before jumping. That's a type of враньё whereby the audience knows they're being lied to about the reason a judge or politician, or banker jumped out of a window.) Here are your contradictions, lies, and враньё:

1) You assume trans women are male. (They're not just male.)

2) You 'love' anonymous 'retarded' people. (You don't.)

3) You're 'glad' because you think I am interested in learning Russian. (You can't be because you don't know.)

4) You assume that I've claimed that 'a word describing a concept' implies that a whole culture is based on that concept. (That's NOT the meaning of a "favorite practice of the the Republic of Putinia'.)
