Being stupid seems to not correlate with raw intelligence.

With the whole politics thing, it's getting weaponized to fool increasingly more intelligent people. I've never seen more people (including the smart ones) in my life who go into emotional tirades over how liberals/conservatives are bad and how they're going to ghost their friends and family if they're not on the same "side".

Agreed. Intelligence requires self-awareness and situational/observational awareness, and way too many so-called "intellectuals" on both sides (Bill Maher, Ben Shapiro, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, etc.) [easily get manipulated by politics without realizing the entire tribalist game is "Divide and Conquer." Thus, no awareness they're being used and conned, thus, they're hapless morons playing right into the game. Keep in mind, I hate the woke shit too, but I'm aware that they're just using it to troll the "smart" people, control the stupid people, and distract the useful people, so they can get away with far worse shit in the background (like Epstein'ing the Boeing whistleblower, just this past week, which nobody is even talking about.)

I've never met an intelligent person who was a staunch Republican/Conservative/Democrat/Liberal before, even though some people like to say the most intelligent people are the most politically biased. Politics truly are for stupid people, which you know, is like 95% of humanity.

The ordinary meaning of intelligence is about joining the dots: when X happens again, you remember that X happened before, ten years ago, and have the wit to notice the similarities and differences between this time and last time.

Intelligence tests are tests of quick-witted puzzle solving. Does an IQ test involve getting the subject to memorize something, then coming back a year later to see it they still remember? No, it is all done in half a day; no long term memory required.

So why do IQ tests and the ordinary meaning of intelligence line up, when you need long term memory to be intelligent in the ordinary sense? I think it is partly coincidence; among the humans of today, good long term memory and quick-witted puzzle solving ability are strongly correlated. And partly about brain health. A healthy brain does both puzzling solving and remembering. Testing puzzle solving tells the tester about brain health, which tells the tester about memory.

You are noticing the correlation breaking down. My guess is that peoples memories have got worse. They respond to each news story as it comes, solving the puzzle of what they are supposed to learn from the story as presented on the day. But failing to remember earlier stories, presented differently. Maybe memory is worse due to lack of use. People just look stuff up. And if Wikipedia has been edited, they don't remember the old page, and don't notice the change.

Wikipedia edit history is a great way to find information that others want to deprive you of. Good example is the psycho tranny reddit admin amiee challenor, and finding his real name that reddit so desperately wanted to keep under wraps, as well as the sick pedo stuff: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Aimee_Knight&oldid=1051490366

403 error again, god damn fix this already

It's a normal distribution bell curve with a stndard deviation of 15.

At least we think so. It's possible it could be asymetrical, or other variations, but those usually mean more than one data-set is being inadvertently collected.

My IQ is supposedly 145-150, but I also don't take IQ seriously, either. I only like it as an easy quantitative way to quickly assess someone's logical thinking skills, like a grade on an exam, even if it's just a snapshot of someone's "intelligence." Like me saying, "AOC can't have an IQ above 75; she's that retarded."

Obviously 0%. Our "CPUs" are blobs of electrified fat and our "OS" wants us to believe whatever it takes to make more of us. We are, collectively and without exception, stupid.
