A lot. Not all of them are raving lunatics either. But they all got the jab. These are people who say "it was on the news" to indicate that "it" must be true. Total indoctrination into the cult of authority.
Trump said to get the shot tho
And Trump supporters still didn't, proving that they are not sheep.
People who are sheep hate Trump because the media tells them to hate Trump. People who think for themselves support Trump because he is the best choice for president, not because every word out of his mouth is true.
Nice try to justify it. But anyone pro vax won't get my vote.
What did I try to justify?
Supporting a pro vax presidential candidate. No compromise on this topic. Both the dem and repub agree on it tho so I understand the desperation to ignore this.
I didn't make an argument for that. I am talking about what causes some people to have Trump derangement syndrome. That is a condition caused by media propaganda and effects sheep.
None. Because the people in my life have things to worry about much more immediate and important than Donald Trump's existence. Or Biden's, for that matter.
Just by making a decision to stay out of politics, you are making the decision to allow others to shape politics and exert power over you. And if you are alienated from the current political system, then just by staying out of it, if you do nothing to change it, you simply entrench it.
— Joan Kirner
My criticism of this claim is given how aware people are now with the grift and the state of things, things still seem to continue to move into the direction that the controllers want.
Socks, and his cock sucker coworkers.
Finished school. There were plenty stereotypical wojacks that demonstrated every possible sign and behavior of TDS
Only Socks
Only Socks
In "Only Socks," the author presents a thought-provoking concept of a world where everyone wears only socks. This unique idea challenges our notions of societal norms and explores the potential consequences of such a drastic change. While some aspects of this world may seem amusing or even liberating at first glance, it's essential to delve deeper and consider the broader implications. One of the striking features of this world is the loss of individuality. Without shoes, people are deprived of a common way to express their personal style and preferences. This uniformity could lead to a sense of homogeneity and a lack of diversity, where people blend into a sea of socks. The absence of shoes also erases cultural and societal distinctions that are often associated with footwear. Moreover, the practicality of a sock-only world raises concerns. Socks, while comfortable and versatile, are not designed to provide the same level of protection and support as shoes. Engaging in various activities, from walking on rough terrain to participating in sports, would become challenging and potentially hazardous. The lack of proper footwear could result in a higher risk of injuries and accidents. Furthermore, the environmental impact of a sock-only world cannot be overlooked. The production and disposal of socks, while generally less resource-intensive compared to shoes, still contribute to waste and pollution. Additionally, the increased demand for socks could potentially strain resources and lead to ethical concerns related to manufacturing practices. In conclusion, the concept of "Only Socks" offers an intriguing exploration of societal norms and their impact on our lives. However, it also highlights the importance of considering the practical, cultural, and environmental implications of such drastic changes. While the idea of a sock-only world may seem whimsical, it prompts us to reflect on the significance of footwear in our daily lives and the consequences of abandoning it entirely.
Aquaintances? Saw plenty of retarded social media meltdowns.
People I actually "know" very few. People who hate Trump? Sure. People who probably lean a bit too much I to the Twitter sphere, sure. So far gone they are deranged? Maybe one borderline case.
I've known quite a few people with the opposite, I'd say it's TIS. Trump Infatuation Syndrome. Not "Trump Supporters" I don't gaf if you like the guy or not. But just total hero worship of the guy, so that if I say "I think that Trump saying XYZ is going to hurt his campaign." They'll attack you because Trump can do no wrong. He is their avatar of freedom chosen by Jesus himself.
It was really disturbing from the one person I knew who had just months before said Trump was too immoral for them to vote for. Trump isn't christian enough, to, Trump is the chosen one picked by Jesus himself, it's a sin to vote for anyone else, literally on the outcome of the election. Most deranged take I've personally come across IRL.
Most of the people I've met that start to slip into trump derangement stop hanging out with me quite quickly because I don't put up with much bullshit and will call stupid stupid. But basically I just tell them that they need to be careful of propoganda, don't believe everything they read, and naturally we can both agree that the crazy trump supporters are indeed crazy and brainwashed, but I also think the sources you are reading are similar to theirs in all but their opinion on Trump. Why are they? Why might someone think such, let's consider which opinions are reasonable and just based on information gaps, let's consider what might be exaggerated. Once you're in that territory of a conversation it's clear that derangement isn't the case and you can divorce the conversation from the emotional component.
The big question I like is "why do you care? Does the presidential effect your life? Can you list any concrete changes you will have to deal with?" Makes them think, oftentimes they can't and you know you are talking to an NPC. Sometimes they actually will give good reasons. But it moves the conversation beyond the Orange Man bad debate.
On January 20, 2018, SNL released this sketch:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJkc_C5-Cd8
That was, I believe, the height of TDS. It's a sketch about TDS, written by people with TDS. And at that time, half the people I knew were suffering from TDS, going "WHAT THE FUCK IS EVEN HAPPENING TO OUR COUNTRY EVERYONE'S VALUES ARE GONE AND EVERYONE IS A MORON"
But that was more than six years ago. And people have a tendency to adjust to their new realities. And those people have consistently gone from freaking out about Trump to rolling their eyes and saying "Yep, definitely a fucking idiot" and moving on to a new subject.
They warned trump was a nazi. But where were the concentration camps for Jews? Didn't happen of course so now that claim falls on deaf ears.
Eh, I've lived through seven Presidential administrations at this point, and all seven of those presidents were repeatedly called a Nazi.
It's just Godwin's law in action. Eventually, in any discussion about politics or ethics, someone will call you a Nazi.
Yes it is always said about everyone. They keep making the claim. I think they know no one buys it but they need plausible deniability in case they get caught rigging the election. "We had to stop a nazi".
I don't think they really care whether anyone's buying it. I saw hundreds of people saying "Obama is a Nazi" and "Bush is a Nazi" and it surely wasn't for my benefit. They couldn't have been trying to convince me. I think it just makes them feel better about themselves.
One thing I've learned is that there's basically nothing a person won't say or do for a small hit of that immensely potent drug: the feeling of moral superiority.
Oddly, even in Australia, it isn't 0.
A half dozen or so, easy. Pretty much all of my near-immediate relatives (niece, her husband, her sister) are TDS sufferers. My brother WAS fairly conservative last time I talked to him, but that was some years ago so he may have changed. My best friend was a big Trump fan but he died of a heart attack a few years back. My mother is very much a conservative and Trump supporter. My best surviving friend is a TDS sufferer; I don't know about his wife.
I don't associate with retards, so none.
