If one were 98 years old and dying of terminal cancer, with only a week to live, and unable to do much of anything while in a hospital bed, then the right to suicide could be considered.

That's what heroin is for. Person dying and in incredible pain, give them a dose of that shit and let them ride it out without feeling it. Yeah they'll be addicted for life but that isn't very long so it isn't a big deal.
