The major difference is that the reports don't get taken seriously here. And mods are limited in their power and get taken off of /s/all if they censor people.

But if it gets too bad, I'm providing Rabbit Hole as an alternative.

You never seem to appreciate that the number of Saidit's 20 active users who are likely to visit a Saidit alternative with 7 active users is perhaps - that group of 7 users. This is what I've seen in 2+ years. What you've done is that you've actively removed some of the active users from Saidit, only for them to be on a website that's less active than Saidit. /u/magnora7 this is an example of attempts reduce activity on Saidit that worked for a few of its users.

Nope, not true. Good users leave communities because an influx newfags turn it to shit. An offshoot is a wayto keep an online friend group going. Many of the Saidit oldtimers have left entirely because there was no sufficient alternative; two years ago it was only a hidden service, which wasn't viable. I'm putting this out there because I don't want more good users to disconnect from this community entirely.

And the project was dormant until a couple of months ago. Regardless of the use it sees, Rabbit Hole has no impact on the traffic this site receives because those users use both sites. And congratulations on failing with something a simple as mentioning a user. He encouraged me, by the way.

False: there are users at your site who are no longer active at Saidit. That's my main point. You've done a lot to kill Saidit engagement. As much as I've disagreed with Saiditors over the past two years, I think I've developed engagement among many of them, whereas you are literally a traitor to Saidit. It's ironic to me that you'd actively try to kill a community where many agree with you. Hence my comments also to /u/magnora7, with whom I've regularly discussed the importance of having different political opinions on Saidit.

Name one person who stopped posting here because RH exists. I can't, but I can name many who stopped posting here for different reasons. Including Cloudflare BS. Vulpix explicitly gave that as the reason why he isn't posting here now. RH doesn't have that problem.

Also, even if that's true, that site can be grown independently of Saidit. There's no incentive for me to help grow Saidit because I have no control here. I did try to help m7 by encouraging him to add more content admins. This site isn't doing well and I don't want to lose my online friends.

I noted that your long period of encouraging users to join your social media attracted them when they wanted to leave Saisit, so they're not as active on Saidit any longer, and are even less active on your website. It's a lose/lose situation. This latest response from you means that you want to play stupid. You know:

He left over a year ago because he got censored here. He was hard to reach for a while but now at least he checks RH.

Of course you want to be done with this. Your encouragement that they leave is the main issue. Why they finally left was of course up to them. They went briefly to RH and are now not active on both S and RH (2 of these users are actively on Reddit these days). You share the encouragement of others to leave with Carswell, who had his own plans for another site (well, several other sites), but your RH attracted the leaving group you see here. Again, the main problem is that the encouragement of users to use non-Saidit websites has helped kill activity on Saidit. Saidit has more problems than this, but you've contributed to one of them. I think it's ironic, but also perhaps karma, that Saidit is imploding in this and other ways. If Saiditors don't want to help Saidit to grow, it won't. Put that shite in your Irish or Scottish pipe and smoke it.
