My point is proven ("that your long period of encouraging users to join your social media attracted them when they wanted to leave Saidit, so they're not as active on Saidit any longer"). Your encouragement that they leave is the main issue. Why they finally left was of course up to them. They went briefly to RH and are now not active on both S and RH (2 of these users are actively on Reddit these days). You share the encouragement of others to leave with Carswell, who had his own plans for another site (well, several other sites), but your RH attracted the leaving group you see here. Again, the main problem is that the encouragement of users to use non-Saidit websites has helped kill activity on Saidit. Saidit has more problems than this, but you've contributed to one of them. I think it's ironic, but also perhaps karma, that Saidit is imploding in this and other ways. If Saiditors don't want to help Saidit to grow, it won't. Put that shite in your Irish or Scottish pipe and smoke it.
