I have a very hairy asshole, thusly I end up using a lot of toilet paper, I have on many an occasion experienced my asshole being too raw to continue wiping and in some cases even blood, my tactic is to widen my asshole when shitting that way the shit scrapes against a smaller asshole surface area, hope this helps
