There's a helluva lot of psychologically damaged people in the USA. How many mass shooters fall into this category?

I'd say even just the fact alone that you're a mass shooter or contemplating it, shows you're off your rocker.

How many mass shooters are on psych medication? Psych medication side-effects can make you murderous or suicidal.
