Perhaps something more meaningful than all the suffering I endure in a day to day basis, but at this point even an orange would suffice.

At this point you'd consider all life to contain suffering, it does of course, but in all the suffering we struggle through we are able to see something that attracts us, pulls us close to it, whatever it may be, we do not find it very quickly.
