I learned a new word today.

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/criterium

Definition of criterium : a bicycle race of a specified number of laps on a closed course over public roads closed to normal traffic.

The Olympic silver medalist was also fourth in the road race and sixth in the criterium.

Although, this is probably the first and last time I use it.

Edit: /s/Comatoast must have a next-level spell check dictionary.

I'm trying to think of a way to shoehorn this incredibly specific word into a future conversation.

I've thrown down the gauntlet.

Criteria pluralized?

Criteria is plural.

Criterion is singular.

Likely a misspelling of 'criterion'...as Get Smart show used to say:
