Is it safe to avoid census?

I've never participated in census before and am iffy about giving my information. I understand that it's illegal but how can they know if I skipped it? The mail sent doesnt have my name on it, my apt could have been just vacant shrug What can the gov do with this information other than head count? Don't they already know the population from tax files anyways?

If you feel you must comply, find out what the absolute minimum is that you need to fill in for your region (it should be minimal) - then ignore the rest of the questions.

I don’t think it is safe. Vote for those who would reform or scrap the census but don’t break the law.

Laws are written by those who benefit from them to control you.

There are no "legal" ways to resist the rigged system.

I took it, it didn't ask any crazy questions. But it's up to you.

It does not ask any crazy questions about gun ownership for example.
