I feel your pain about lifelong liberal family members. I keep talking to my mom about the excesses, which I make sure to say excesses, of the trans rights movement. I can tell she's having thoughts that I may be falling into QAnon brainwash or some other internet cult. All because I don't want female humans to be any more at risk and disadvantaged in life than we already are and have always been.

It's such a lonely feeling. I'm desperately looking for someone to vent to about this. I haven't wavered on any other of my leftwing views, nor have I ever gone on rants about a political issue, and yet my family won't hear me out about any gender stuff.
